They’re on a wild-wheeling COLLISION COURSE. A revolutionary new engine design has been stolen from Tokyo and brought to Detroit, so the Tokyo police send their best man, Fuji Natsuo (Pat Morita), to investigate. Working undercover, Fuji runs into a suspicious Detroit police detective, Tony Costas (Jay Leno) who’s hunting for the killer of an old friend. They’re about as different as hot dogs and sushi, but when they discover that Costas’ missing killer is tied to Fuji’s auto gang leader, they decide to join forces.
